If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Before returning, please send us an email stating your name and that you will be returning an item. Our products can be returned within 3 days of receiving the item. All products are tracked through tracking services via USPS Priority Mail.

Before you return a product, please make sure that:
The product is returned within 3 days of receiving the item
The product is in its original condition and all tags are still attached
To return your product for refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $35, we recommend you insure your package. Be aware that we cannot accept responsibility for packages that are lost or damaged in transit back to us. We cannot assure you the receipt of receiving your returned item, so it is best to be able to track the package.
Any returned item must be in its original condition, and all tags need to be intact. If you are among the first 100 customers to purchase the JERPA Jeans, the free hat which you receive must also be returned if you wish to receive a full refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If the product is in its original condition and all tags are intact, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.
